Heatseekers Chilli

Infernum is a thick, sweet and smokey sauce. Made with the Ghost chilli for that extra heat. You can see parts of all the ingredients in this sauce and know it is made from "real food" not flavours and additives. The apples give Infernum it's thick pulpy texture and you can see the bits of onion and chilli spread throughout.
Infernum can be used as a marinade and is especially good when making jerky, but can also be used as a dipping sauce, spread on hot dogs and hamburgers, added to mince for tacos or rissoles and even mixed with sour cream for a nice dip.
Add some fire to your food with this sauce from hell (Infernum).

Incinerator Extreme Hot Sauce is carefully made with the hottest ingredient in the World - Pure Capsaicin along with the superhot and best tasting hot chilli the 7 Pod / 7 Pot as well as Trinidad Scorpion - the Guiness Records Hottest Chilli. These ingredients are blended with wonderful complimenting flavours from Peaches, Pineapple Juice, Ginger and sugar with also a dash of 70% alcohol.

It is a cross between the Bhut Jolokia India Carbon and the Trinidad Chocolate Scorpion. The peppers are elongated but also fatter than any Ghost or Naga pepper. They sometimes grow a little signature tail at the pointed end of the pepper. The Kraken Scorpion peppers themselves have a very rough pimply outer skin. The heat is extreme. The peppers can get big enough to almost fill the palm of an average hand! They ripen from green to brown and sometimes dark brown. The flavor is floral and earthy. Some would say smoky. A great addition to making a hot sauce or a very hot seasoning powder.
