Heatseekers Infernum chilli sauce is a thick, sweet and smokey sauce, made with the Ghost chilli for that extra heat. Infernum can be used as a marinade and is especially good when making jerky, but can also be used as a dipping sauce, spread on hot dogs and hamburgers, added to mince for tacos or rissoles and even mixed with sour cream for a nice dip. Infernum can be used as a marinade and is especially good when making jerky, but can also be used as a dipping sauce, spread on hot dogs and hamburgers, added to mince for tacos or rissoles and even mixed with sour cream for a nice dip.
